311 Services

Use 311 when there is a problem related to a city function that does not require emergency response, such as:

• A pot hole , damaged sidewalk or other right-of-way problem

• A Department of Transportation request, such as, a damaged or missing sign repair.

• A street light not working

• Trash or dumping issues

• A building code issue, such as, no posted permits or improper property use

• Vacant building or buildings that are “open to casual entry”

• Non-emergency police issues

Always record your 311 report number. The number can be shared with government representatives to follow up on insufficient rerponse.
