The Community Asthma Program strives to improve the health of Baltimore City children aged 1-18 who struggle to manage their asthma. We offer free education, free home visits, and free supplies to help families with children who need extra support outside the doctor’s office.  

We visit the homes of about 400 children each year. Of those children, almost all see a large decrease in asthma symptoms and visits to the emergency room. We hope to make a positive impact in our community by helping Baltimore City children take control of their health.
