The 13th annual BARCStoberfest will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Baltimore’s Patterson Park. As the area's largest pet-friendly festival, over 3,000 people and their pets will be in attendance to enjoy our Ready, Set…Sniff! 5K and one-mile walk-a-thon, great food, a beer garden, entertainment and animal activities, including our annual Howl-o-ween Costume Contest.
