Wanted: Junior Volunteers for Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center values the support of its volunteers, in providing opportunities to meet individual interests and fill a variety of important roles both in patient care and employee support. At Johns Hopkins Bayview, Hopkins believes that you will find your volunteer experience both personally gratifying and rewarding. 

If you know a high school student who needs service hours? The volunteer services department is looking for young men and women –ages14 to 18- to volunteer during the summer. The Junior Volunteer Program is scheduled to begin on June 15. The deadline for application is March9th. 

Volunteer Objectives

  • To support services provided by Medical Center staff. 

  • To support quality, patient-centered, service-oriented acute, long-term and preventative health care, consistent with Hopkins standards of excellence, in a cost-effective manner.
