Baltimore Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) Program

 The Mayor's Office of Small, Minority and Women Business, Kaiser Permanente, and Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICCC) will launch the Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) Program in Baltimore.  ICCC is a national program designed to help CEOs of small businesses in economically distressed areas learn to build their capacity for growth in revenue, profitability, and employment. ICCC is the only program to educate inner city small businesses about forms of capital and to provide matchmaking services with capital providers. ICCC is now accepting applications for its first Baltimore cohort.
