Mayor Catherine E. Pugh’s Annual “Back to School” Rally dedicates itself towards ensuring that students have the basic resources they need to start off the new academic year strong! Families with children are provided fresh harvest giveaways and their children are given free backpacks loaded with school supply essentials and access to free childhood immunizations. Throughout the rally attendees will have access to games, arts & crafts, giveaways, on-stage entertainment and more!
