China’s rapid development and Sino-American relations have a direct impact on the lives of nearly everyone in the United States. CHINA Town Hall is a national conversation about China that provides Americans across the United States and beyond the opportunity to discuss issues in the relationship with leading experts.
Join us for the twelfth annual CHINA Town Hall, hosted by the National Committee on U.S. China Relations (NCUSCR), on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 5:30PM at Baltimore City Hall. The program will feature Condoleezza Rice, former Secretary of State and National Security Advisor, as the national webcast speaker. She will be interviewed by National Committee President Stephen Orlins.
The webcast will be paired with the local speaker, Madelyn Ross, Executive Director of SAIS China at the Johns Hopkins University.

Checks in advance are to be made out to “Baltimore Sister Cities, Inc.” Registration fees are $30 plus fees for general admission tickets if paid by October 2nd, 2018. For payments & registrations after that date, a $10 plus fees surcharge will be assessed. All guests must register in advance in order to be allowed entry to City Hall. Refunds will not be available. Seating is limited.
