As the city’s arts council, events center and film office, BOPA’s goal is to make Baltimore a more vibrant and creative city. At Artscape, BOPA highlights artistic opportunities in four core pillars: Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Literary Arts and Culinary Arts. There is truly something for everyone to discover at Artscape!
Artists’ Market featuring 100+ artisans and craftspeople

The Details
What: Artscape, America’s largest FREE arts festival
When: Friday, July 19 – Sunday, July 21, 2019
Where: Mount Royal Avenue and Charles Street, in the Midtown and Station North Arts & Entertainment District neighborhoods
Time: 11am-9pm on Friday and Saturday, and 11am-7pm on Sunday (Artscape After Hours takes place Friday and Saturday from 9-11pm)
Admission: FREE!
How: Artscape is produced by the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts
Artscape is held outdoors in tents, and inside the neighborhood's premier exhibition spaces and performing arts venues. The festival is 100% free and accessible, and takes place rain or shine.
